Paper & Packaging Board wanted to find a way to illustrate the emotional, tactile and visual qualities of paper for consumers.
The problem was that paper is so ubiquitous, people tend to not stop and think about its importance in everyday life. We designed a limited run magazine that brought transcripts of popular podcasts, such as 99% Invisible, Song Exploder and Foundr, to life with beautiful visuals, premium paper and a format meant for displaying and sharing.
Through an exclusive partnership, Pod Papers was displayed at all 630 retail Barnes & Nobles stores locations across the U.S., with coverage from Fast Company, Forbes, Cool Matierial and WSJ.
